my 5 year daughter's weight is 12.500, from long time . it is not enough weight related to 5 yrs , what can I do to do growth if my daughter?

A. U Should consult your paediatrician first because your child was about six kgs underweight so that’s definitely not a good sign so I’d advise you to consult your paediatrician rest whatever is needed to be done can be suggested by
