my 5 year child is soo thin and short but he's soo active and he'll eat the food whatever we prepare.

Sometimes the child is short and not gaining sufficient amount of height and weight because of digestion related issues and sometimes due nutritional deficiency also advisable for you to check with your doctor so that you can proceed with the right solution for good health of your child
