My 5 year 6 months kid has constipation problem? What we should do for it?

A. it is better to give seasonal fruits vegetables adequate water Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. kid has constipation issue keep baby well hydrated add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple give curd daily for good digestion raisin water Avoid banana maida suji rusk rice
