Q.

My 5 months old daughter is not passing stools regularly since a week and also the stool os little hard. We started her on solids this month (1-2 tsp of home made rice flour boiled in water and 1-2 tsp of rice cerelac- both are more of soupy consistency) along with regular breastfeeding and little water (boiled well and then cooled). She was passing regular stools during the first 2-3 weeks of eating these solids. She is very active throughout the day. What can we do to make her stools regular?

A. Give citrus fruits to the child Wrong with good amount of water give coconut water because anyways you started with semisolid only you can start it after the age of six months not before so try to give all the things in a better quantity slowly gradually this system will become better
