My 5 months baby has rashes his diaper area. I applied Himalaya baby rash cream. but there is no result. pls give me so other solution for cure. it looks like small small pimple.

A. keep your baby’s bottom area as clean and dry as possible. Changing diapers as soon as it get full or in every 3 to 4 hours. cleaning the area with a gentle washcloth allowing dialer free time to air-dry. And to breath. apply b4 nappy rash creeam or sofirash cream 3 to 4 times a day.
