Is this too much of pain now it’s better that you go for an assessment because having too much of pain during the time of pregnancy wouldn’t be considered good so whatever discomfort you are facing or if if there’s anything else along with stomach pain pains or kindly discuss it with your doctor and go for a physical assessment fees
