Q.

my 5 month old has increase in his platelets....what is the reason behind it? he had losse motion and been taking antibiotics for cold at the time of test taken....what should I have to do to decrease it..

A. due to infection it rises it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor . take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
