my 5 month old boy baby is having cold but no runny nose but by early morning and at night he is @having blocked nose for the past 5 days he is exclusively breastfeeding baby. should I give medicine for cold also making gur gur sound

Alternatively warm up coconut oil with crushed camphor. Apply this mixture to the baby’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice a day. Continue breastfeeding.
