AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. if not latching directly then Express ur milk and give bottle feed. U can buy babyhug anti colic feeding bottle for ur baby . once ur baby completes six months then u can start giving semi solids and water
