My 5 month old baby is exclusively breastfed . Can I start formula milk for her from sixth month ?? Also can I start solid food for her when she turns 6months old. What all food can I give her ?

Hello mom as she is five months old now you can introduce him to Liquids for now and from the age of 6 months you can opt for semi solids and mashed foods .. you can give steamed and mashed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juice or in purée form, kichidi , porridge made with suji , ragi , multigrain mix, curds , ghee etc
