#AskTheExpert Hello my baby is six months old, exclusively breastfed till now. I tried giving her formula milk , water , fruit nibbler, but she doesn't take anything is it because she was breastfed and how will she take food now please suggest

A. Dear mum, there is no need to give formula. Start with 3-4 teaspoons of foods like homemade cerelac, curd, fruit purée. Gradually increase the quantity to half katori every time. Give one food for 3-6 days for baby to accept and adapt.
