My 5 month old baby boy is having white spots on ear area and it has spread now to the face area as well. I don't see any redness or itchiness in the baby. please let me know what has caused it.

A. if there is any white spots present it may be due to following reasons:White spots could be because of some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin .it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important . youll can use a good quality crjeam like seba med or atogla or dermocalm lotion.
