my 5 day old daughter was on top feed hence to discontinue the same I started expressing the milk and feeding her as a replacement for top feed as she was struggling to latch to my breast .... she is almost feeding around 35 ml of milk everytime ...... is it ok .....wat is the maximum ml of milk we need to feed the babies with every single time

A. Dear Mother it is not a rare that a newborn has to struggle initially to get adopted as how to suck milk from mothers so you must not to give up and try giving it to directly because otherwise it will become difficult for you in the long run you need to hold your nipples in your finger and try to put it in babies mount and press it a little so that this can flow this however will initially little tiring for both of you but once your child to start sucking it it will be much more beneficial you need to give a feed after every two hours and make sure that your child is that’s for good 10 to 15 minutesWrite Your Answer Here
