#asktheexperts what is the same time when we can start top feed as we have one month old twins and we think the feed is not enough for them now.

A. Try to feed only breast milk but if you have any problem with milk production or you feel that milk is not sufficient for babies then only you can go for formula milk. Try to give formula milk and breast milk alternately to babies
