my 5.5 month breastfeed baby poops once a week or once in 10 days i started him solids 1st week i gave him rice puree then moong dal puree then combined both he pooped just once and it was soft but tomorrow i once gave him rolled oats and he pooped the next day though it is also soft i want to know can i continue giving him oats

Constipation in an early age is common to be seen but when you start giving food sometimes it increases because you do not give sufficient amount of fluids and fibre in the diet of focus on that with which the digestion would be easier and the constipation will also be resolved
