My 4yrs old kid got tiny pimples on his elbow underarms and cheek neck . What it could be Is it a serious condition?

It Could probably be hit I cannot say that whether it is serious or something don’t get scared with it this can happen certain times when there is too much of heat into the body so need not worry about it if you are not sure about what it is then you can definitely get an opinion from a paediatrician or a skin
