Q.

my 4yrs old baby boy rubs his private parts in others big tummy and if we don't allow him he cries a lot I am very much worried whether it is normal or not

A. important to rule out any type of local allergy or irritation which might be causing problem to the child so better to get the child examine by the doctor for examination
