Q.

My 4yrs boy vomitted continuous day before yesterday consulted doctor and he gave medicines but it still not fully cured he s not feeling hungry if we compuled him to eat something he s vomiting that too... today consulted anthoter doctor he also gave syrup I have no clue wats his exact issue doctors telling because of cold and cough

A. it is advisable to follow the orders of a doctor for at least three days and then take a follow if it is not improving otherwise you will get confused again and again and the child will not improve

A. Zincovit And any iron supplement along with this you start and as of now focus on giving more of liquid to the child instead of giving any kind of solid food I think your child is just not able to digest the solid food which is why your child is vomiting every now and then so go ahead with giving this to the child as of now and if that also does not help then you go ahead with the further investigation of the child
