Hi, my kid is 4.5 yrs old, he was having fever past 5 days with temperature 100,101,102 and vomitted twice.we consulted doctor and prescribed him some medicines.. this evening his temperature went 100.2 so i gave him 5 ml of maf

A. begin with weight-based paracetamol after meals. offer fluids and light foods. keep the child cool, avoiding woolen clothes. a fever is 100°f+ underardm. sponge with normal temperature water for 20 minutes. consult a doctor for stronger meds like ibugesic or meftal-p if needed. d

A. my son s having fever for past 5 days and this evening I gave doc prescribed medicine macfast 5 ml at 6.30pm and now at 10.35 his temperature suddenly went low- 96.. please advise is it normal
