#asktheexperts Hii doctor, my baby is of 5 months old. She is suffering with fever of 101 to 102 degrees since 2 days. I have consulted doctor and he has insteeted a tablet to the baby and temperature is also decreased. But she is crying continuosly even though temperature is in normal. Please suggest what to do

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is very high. Fever is when the temperature is more then 99 degree . Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 hourly of fever is reoccurring frequently. Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 days other wise consult a doctor near by.
