Q.

My 4yrs boy getting skin peel on palm and on toe.. from 4 days... is it allergy or dehydration or any thing else

A. hi it could be result of overuse of cosmetics or dry skin or staying long time in water etc so , please limit your child bath time up to 10 minutes. avoid using soap while bathing your child. apply thin layer of coconut oil on this. keep your child well hydrated.
