my 4yr kid do n listen everything what I say but don't answer if I question something like what mam teach u in school n what u eat in lunch..,what will u do I am really worried is she ok

A. Hello mom Does she talk in general ? Or sing and all ? How is she in school , does she do her work , I mean any instructions given is she following it ? Though it’s slightly different to come to a conclusion without physically observing her . So would rather suggest to consult a child physiologist or a behavioural therapist
