AkankshaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hey there. first of all i want to assure you that you are not alone. mine is 4 years and three months old. she wakes up aroung 8-9 and just have a glass of milk. the best way is to let the children eat when only they want as forcing can lead to reluctance to eat. however what you can do is that you can give a fruit bowl to her between breakfast and lunch.. which can keep her hydrated and satiated alteast for two hours
