My 4th month old baby's face is turning red suddenly, like rashes, please suggest something, I have only applied coconut oil for healing

A. hi you need to visit your pediatrician please dont rub or pinch this part keep that area clean keep your child in well ventilated room maintain good hygiene. Avoid using any cosmetics
