my 4month old got a scratch from the steel buckle of belt... no bleeding. but red mark. is this serious

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 weeks agoA. The blood hasn’t come it’s okay then scratch is going to heal on its own still if you want you can apply TBACT ointment keep it handy because when kids have bruises they get hurt or sometimes in minor injuries this is the best that you can use
