my 4month old baby gained only 300gms in a month..is it fine or do we need to consult doctor. he is only on top feed.he is a active baby

A. Mam actually whether it is breastfeeding or to feed if the child is a full term child a child gain minimum of half kilo kilogram in a month if that’s not happening that means you need to gain your child talk to your doctor please
