Hello. my baby is 5weeks premature.. in the past 20 days he has gained only 300gms but he urinates 8 to 10 times a day. he is 3months 19 days old.. weight is 4.6kg. He is active after feed and cries if hungry or sleepy. is the weight gain normal?

A. Dear mum, weight gain of your baby is absolutely normal. Also weight of 4.6 kg in 3+ months is a good weight, do not worry. Also your child being active and passing urine 8 to 10 times a day indicates good health.
