my 45 day old son vomits a lot after i breastfeed him... kindly help

It is common in this age as they have a very poor digestion so please don’t worry about it kids if they gain proper weight despite of vomiting a minimum expectation is 500 g in a month then there is absolutely no problem at it and this it is going to get better over the progressing age
