My 45 days baby vomits atleast 3 times a day,is it ok?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he is vomitng at least 3 times a day so mostly a gaseous trouble so burp him properly after every feeding and give 7 drops of domstal before feeding
