my 40 months old daughter do not have second molars yet,, why?

It will come over the period there is no problem with that it can grow up till the age of 5 to 7 years also Sudhir no problem still just to be on the safer side I would recommend you to consult a paediatric dentist once whatever doubts you have they will be able to clear it for you
