Q.
My 40 days old doesn’t have a proper bowel movement.. like on a day he will poop 4 times then on another day just once .. is this to be looked into?

the frequency of stool passage is quite variable form multiple times in a day to once in a week so unless baby has any discomfort or poor weight gain do not worry

usually it is normal among young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day
so please feed your child on demand
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
