my 4 yrs kid is sufferingfrom loose motion from last 10 days. stooltest report normal. medicine taximo forte, radotil,econorm,vigilac gg,metrogyl,zirconia had already given.but there is no improvement. what should I do?

A. iu vIt is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
