Q.

My 4 yr daughter had fever of around 101°, so gave her calpol at 5am and 11 am, the fever wasnt decreasing. Around 4pm, temp was 102.4, so i gave meftal p, and fever reduced. At 11pm, temp was 99°, unsure if I should gove medicine or no, I gave calpol. But now at 5am next day, temp is again around 101. Please suggest, if i should continue calpol or meftal? And should the medicine be given every 6 hours, regardless of the temperature?
