Hello mom it’s All about building habits in the initial stages of these foods needs to be introduced as early as from six month onwards the later you do the more difficult it gets for the child to get into that habit so you have to make an attempt and try out new ways and forms to introduce these foods to them .
as the child is quite old enough try to educate the child in a Playway method about the importance of vegetables and fruits as these are natural forms they can be given in many various ways in the form of juices in the form of soups ,purée can be made and mixed with the flour or rice and be given as well
