Q.

my baby girl has a problem of nasal congestion and phlegm in her throat for four days becoz of this she is not eating anything. any suggestions?

A. as the baby has nasal congestion and throat baby is irritated of and not taking meals properly.. give warm serves to baby.. some vegetables soups.. luke warm water to drink.. add a pinch of salt and ask to gargle.. you can give honey at bed time or tumeric milk.. give steam inhalation.. apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and massage at bed time..
