My 4 years old son had stomachache in the morning and pass white stool.

A. this maybe because of some stomach infection here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your fr doubts further in proper way and it would be helpful .

A. White motion can be a sign for stomach infection and that is why probably the stomach pain is also there I recommended to kindly get a check with the paediatrician they will help you with right medicines and whatever the situation is they will give medicines on that basis
