my 4 years old kid doesn't cry with tears, he cries with sound from moth tears comes very rarely, like if he is badly hurt, plz help is everything normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. in some babies there may not be proper tear glands developedFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
