my 4 years old girl has little bit eye bags whenever she wakes up in the morning and little bit saliva comes out when she speaks continuously?

A. I think your child is not able to take a proper grip on the mouth when trying to speak fluently or very quickly it happens with kids but for both the issues currently I do suggest you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor
