my 4 years old daughter having hair fall is this normal for kids?

A. Hair loss in babies is very common and because of many reasons. Because of the withdrawal maternal hormone initial hairfall is there. After birth all the hair of the baby remain in the resting phase and usually by 8 to 12 weeks of age shedding of hairs is there . Hairs will grow back mostly by 3-7 months but a proper quality hair will be there by around 2 years of age. Cradle cap is also a cause for fhyrequent shedding of hairs. along with traction alopecia becgause of continuous pressure on head in lying position

A. Hair fall in this age is not normal with kids this could probably be due to deficiency of iron or maybe the oiling is not proper or not maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness and sometimes it could be due to a fungal infection also also better to check with your doctor for this
