my 4 year old son have a habit of eating ice. what could be the reason and how can it be stoped

Eating ice is basically a deficiency because when the child eats a lot of ice or anybody in general likes to eat more of ice is an indication of a deficiency in the body you can check with your doctor and can start with necessary supplement and health tonic
