my 4 year-old has got cold and now his ear is paining what should I do?

Wikoryl you can give to the child for coal three times in the day with the gap of eight hours and if the pain is much then you should give paracetamol to reduce the pain as it will work like a painkiller but apart from that you should definitely get a check with an ENT doctor
