my 4 year old gets cold and cough very frequently, with every changing season. what should we do to improve his immunity?

Paramita Sarkar DebnathMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Cold & cough is a common problem of children due to their naturally developing immunity. Make him always hydrated with water. Feed a citrus food everyday to build a good immunity.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. y Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
