My 4 year old daughter and 8 yr old son is eating very less mainly after corona in April. She had high fever, cough n cold in corona. Plz suggest how should I increase her appetite

A. it may be due ti post vural . Like give a good protein like soyabean or egg or paneer and aslo give vitamine in form of green leafy vegetable and fruit . Protein powder can be given after 2 y r of baby age mix in milk .
