my 4 year old boy is always messing with nails. we cut his nails regularly but he always removes nails by teeth or plucks with his hands. please see the image below. condition of all nails are the same. my concern is whether i should give him some tonic or what

yes you may give him iron supplements,
it might be a habit of your child to chew nails,
educate the health disadvantage of the same.
