My 4 year old boy have cold and one symptom is odd as i am noticing for last 4-5 time if he has cold he has runny nose with water like substances nd have fever if i give him fever medicine his runny nose also stopped but he has blocked nose ( his nose is blocked as he is breathing from mouth but nothing coming out not muscus not water) is it normal?
