My son is 4 years old. He had fever for 2 days and now has cold and cough. I noticed his nose bleed as well. Please suggest if this is normal in cold cough. Also suggest some remedies l.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine giveng. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the sygumptoms.
