my 4 year old boy has been struggling with stomach aches for the past 3 days and I gave him a meftal p syrup it reduces pain with mild fever and today he used to say that he is again getting stomach ache and also swallow tummy now I don't know what to do pls can any one help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl1 Year agoA. Madam it could be probably due to a stomach infection as well so it would be good for you to check with your doctor at least you can be more sure and certain about the situation that is there and you can read the child according to that
