my 4 year 9 months old son still not talking,but he understands everything, he pions out what ever he needs,please advise or suggest

Its Actually high time we should have consulted a therapist by now because mostly kids start to speak decent enough by the age of three months if your child is in speaking anything as of now it’s important for you know what is the issue and accordingly the treatment can be started
