my 4 months old daughter ..I have notice a red dotted bump on the head when I touch it it's not hard rather its squishy when I m pressing it I feel squishy what shall I do?.it does not pain or it pains I have no idea aa such I do not see any other symtom on my child but its there.

It’s a particular skin related issue that is there and it is commonly seen on body parts of a child and sometimes in the scalp also so if you want you can connect with your doctor for better understanding as this can be treated with proper medication so they will advise you accordingly
