my 4 months old baby did not pooped from last 12 days . earlier he used to pooped once in a week every 5th or 6th day. he is on exclusive breastfeeding. tried massaging his tummy exercise everything but no help . he is passing smelly fart all the time but not poop what to do plz help

Two things you should know for sure that if a child is comfortable and not pooping for 10 to 15 days it is completely normal but if your child has been constipated but having discomfort then you should put a suppository into the anal region of the child to clear the system not pooping for a couple of days and pooping a number of times in a day completely normal
